Neptuphone 611-1160, is our new customer service line which provides assistance given by our specialized service advisors to address your queries and requirements during the following business hours: From Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 21:00 h. and Saturdays from 07:00 to 18:00 h.




3. ON-SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE


We have specialized counters divided by type of service for the review of documents required by customs and billing. We also have a Cosmos counter to facilitate import and export procedures such as approval payment, BL breakdown and payment for container demurrage.




4. SELF-SERVICE MODULE


It is a quick, easy-to-use safe channel that is for you to use in our customer service counters. There you can make: valuations, appointments, online payments and generate service requests.
